Recognition Paranoia

Lost I feel in this world of smiling faces

Putting forward my unheard plea

I roam into my thoughts of intimidation

Was it enough for recognition.

Is it the sole purpose of one's life

Craving and craving for thy

But people stare into my eyes

& say - "You ought to be recognised"!

Appearance matters, work matters

yeah all of them are true to the word

but can't one ignore all of these and be true

to oneself and just be involved.
